The place is small but there are lots of things to do. The seal is fun to watch, and there are many aquarium displays inside. The clione display is interesting and clean. Next to it is the museum which included in the fee, which are full of interactive aparatus to teach kids. There is an interesting exhibition of antartic ice expedition. The planetarium show lasts for 30 minutes and is a must go. I spent a lot of time in here and it was fun.

the view of the lighthouse and ocean is quite peaceful. the weather was good when visiting this spot. It is even possible to see a subtle view of rishiri mountain
